Hello!!

And happy Friday to all of you!! Don’t worry the weekend is so very nearly here!!!!

SO AUGUST! What a seriously busy month! It’s actually flown by, and seems like only yesterday the schools broke up for summer and now there is a little over 2 weeks before they return! Which is absolutely fine with me as that also means my holiday is edging closer and closer!! So in fact it’s now just 19 days away!! Can you tell I’m excited?!

So yes August has been busy and Luke and I have managed to so far fit an awful lot in! Which has included a trip to Norfolk with friends, my best friends BBQ, my dad’s birthday, MY birthday, and a trip to London this weekend! I need a holiday for sure!

For everyone who has asked, YES I did have a lovely birthday, I worked on my birthday day, and had a joint celebration with my dad on Friday night, complete with a Five Guys!!

As far as presents go, I got REALLY SPOILT!

I got spoilt in work, and by mine and Luke’s family too! I mean I don’t love birthdays, but I’ve always got time for presents!

I’ve been asked what presents I got and the answer is SO MANY I wouldn’t know where to start! 

So I thought a mini Birthday haul was in order!!????

Let’s start with PERFUME! And I got lots of it, which is GREAT because I honestly love perfume! Which you will know if you have read my previous beauty posts

I got perfume from Luke, my Mum & Dad, Sister Lora & her boyfriend Henry, my Nanna, and Luke’s sister Mel! I did really really well!!

Luke knows me so well and always knows what to buy me. So we are off to see Book of Mormon for the 2nd time this weekend, which I am really excited to see, and I am SURE there will be time to fit in a Lobster Roll whilst we’re in London! There was also a £50 Asos voucher (which I’ve already spent!) New make up box (which is huge! And very much needed!) 2 pandora rings, and some things from Bath and Body Works and From the Tropic skin care range which I really wanted!! And of course perfume! OH nearly forgot my new DKNY Lunch bag, everyone needs one of those!! Super spoilt!!

Mum and dad also really spoilt me too, and got me so much, including a new waterproof Kavu bag. I just needed a waterproof one for the Florida rain showers this year! I also got a beautiful Pandora charm, and bracelet, perfume, Reed diffusers, erm HELLO it’s a Ralph Lauren one!! And I just LOVE it!! I got some clothes, PJ’s and so many other lovely things!! Including these VANS!! CAN we just take a moment to appreciate just how NICE they are!

They are soooooo sparkly! I love them!!!!????

My sister and her boyfriend are very Practical with gifts. And not only made sure I had everything for Florida, including things I will need on the flight, a Minnie Mouse luggage strap, water shoes, travel diary’s, and perfume. They also got me a voucher for my manicure and pedicure just before my holidays! Super super cute and so thoughtful!! I was not expecting that at all!

So many presents, and I loved all of them, my Nanna, Lukes mum and dad and his other sister Charlotte also gave me lovely gifts, which makes me one very lucky my girl!

So now my birthday is well and truly over, it’s time to start planning Christmas!! Well as they say once a planner ALWAYS a planner!!
