I am now at the very end of my amazing 2017 Florida vacation and Walt Disney world blogs. What an amazing packed 2 weeks it was.

We were busy from day one and I think we did everything we wanted in those 2weeks.

By the end of our trip we had done 5 character dinning experiences

Cinderella’s Royal Table (breakfast and dinner)

Garden Grill

Tusker House

Crystal Palace

Akershus

We had eaten at 6 Walt Disney world restaurants

Bongos Cuban cafe

Boathouse

California Grill

Flying Fish

Ohana’s

Sci-fi diner

Be our guest (lunch and dinner)

We experienced the happily ever after dessertparty Watched all the parades and saw happily ever after 3 times (which is so worth it) And once again we went to Mickeys not so scary Halloween party.

We did a total of 8 theme parks and 78 rides!

Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, animal Kingdom, typhoon lagoon, blizzardbeach, Universal studios and Islands of adventure.

We got to meet a sloth and hang out with gators and we shopped (a lot).

I walked a total of 98.02 miles and did a grand total of 216,443 steps! Yep I needed new feet by the end of the 2 weeks!

It was a crazy busy holiday and by the time we got on the plane I could barely keep my eyes open, and needed to sleep.

We hit Florida hard, and I wouldn’t have wanted to do it any other way. Luke and I knew we probably wouldn’t be heading back this year (2018) and so we wanted to fit in as much as we could, and I think we did just that, and more!! We both decided (at the time of booking) that we didn’t want to come away from Disney wishing we had gotten to do something, we had a clear plan from the very start, and we ticked off absolutely everything we wanted too. It was more than worth the 6am alarm calls and late nights, the lack of sleep and the sore feet and I wouldn’t change it for the world.

Everybody is different when it comes to planning a Florida/Disney vacation, and what works for one couple/family certainly will not work for another.

Everyone becomes a “Disney expert” when it comes to booking and planning a holiday to WDW, and everyone believes they know how to do Disney the best!

Only YOU know what you want out of your vacation, whether you want to hit it hard, or have a more chilled out relaxing one.

My best advice is RESEARCH!! Read up on blogs and watch vlogs and get an idea of what you want to do. Put a planner in place so you have an idea of what you want to do and where you want to go, there is nothing worse than wasting time deciding where to go whilst your out there, and in order to utilise the Fastpass + system you will need to know what park you and visiting and when.

It’s taken me quite a few Disney trips to master my idea of a perfect vacation, but remember one persons idea of perfect is completely different to the next.
